Under the direction of guest conductor Carl Topilow the Carnegie Mellon University Philharmonic will perform Copland's Appalacian Spring and Elgar's Enigma Variations, Op. 36. Faculty member and violinist Andrés Cárdenes will be featured on Chausson's Poème, Op. 25.
