NAT 28 is thrilled to return to Kelly Strayhorn Theater for our annual Pittsburgh Composers Project! This concert is not only a showcase of our Call for Scores winners – it’s also a celebration of all creators in Pittsburgh’s innovative and vibrant new music community. The pieces featured from our Call for Scores will include:

“Chantá Phawaripun” – Luis Miguel Delgado Grande
“Folia” – Marina Lopez
“The First Brushstroke on a Blank Canvas” – Victor Valle

David Bernabo‘s original videos will introduce each work, providing the audience with behind-the
scenes insight on the compositions. NAT 28 will also premiere a brand new concerto by beloved
composer Nancy Galbraith, featuring our very own Brian Gilling on piano.
